Director Josh Weigel accepts Filmmaker Award from Clint Eastwood

Joshua Weigel won big at the 2010 Carmel Art & Film Festival, taking home the top honor,  the first-ever Clint Eastwood Filmmaker Award. Film legend Clint Eastwood was on hand for the opening of the Carmel Art & Film Festival at Carmel’s Sunset Center.
